5K A Day In May

You can get involved in 5K A Day In May by walking, running, cycling or swimming 5k each day in the month of May.

You can do it on your own or as part of a team – eg you and four friends each walk 1k every day throughout the month.

If you miss a day here and there, it’s no problem – this event is all about encouraging as much participation as possible for a fantastic cause. And it’s a perfect way for people of all ages and abilities to get active in the run-up to summer.

You can arrange sponsorship for your activities by emailing fundraising@smh.org.uk or calling 0141 435 7018, or creating a JustGiving page in aid of St Margaret of Scotland Hospice at www.justgiving.com/smh.
