Shop Collections

You can book a free collection for your furniture and electrical items using our online booking form. Simply fill out the form below and we’ll give you a call within 72 hours to confirm your booking.

What we can collect

Before organising your collection please check that all the goods are in good condition, clean and complete, and that they work correctly. All upholstered furniture has a fire label attached. For sets, i.e. a three piece suite, each individual item must have its own fire label.

We can also collect any clothing, accessories, shoes, books, Records, DVDs, CDs musical instruments, and Bric- a- Brac at the same time. We can also carry out complete house clearances (ring 01968 664891 for details)

What we can’t collect

There are some items that we can’t accept for legal, health and safety or quality reasons. We recycle as many of these items as we can but we won’t always be able to accept everything. Items are collected on the understanding that they are suitable for resale, a booking is not a guarantee that the item will be collected. Our driver will reject items that either do not meet health and safety requirements or are in a condition that is not to the required standard. As such please make sure that the description given on the booking form is accurate.

Smaller items collection
We may also be able to collect your unwanted clothes, shoes, books, DVDs, CDs, accessories and Homewares. Contact your local shop or call us 01968 664891 to book a free collection.

I have read the information on fire labels and confirm that all soft furnishings have them attached. I understand that goods need to be in a saleable condition and meet health and safety requirements. I also understand that whilst collections may be arranged, items may subsequently be declined by your van drivers once the items have been viewed at the point of collection

We will contact you by telephone or E-Mail within three working days to arrange a suitable time for your collection. We normally need at least five days notice in advance but in some instances we may be able to collect sooner.
